Help and safety
Three different things live here, and they are not the same. Use the one that matches what you need right now.

Report a concern
Something went wrong and you want it written down: a clinician or the care you were offered, a message you received, privacy or security, or TheraLume itself. You do not need an account, and you do not have to give your name or any contact details.
Reporting here does not replace a regulator, a police report or a lawyer, and it does not decide who is responsible for anything.
Received does not mean reviewed by a person. This service is not monitored for emergencies.
Without an account there is no online page to track a report. You will be given a reference when you send one — write it down, because it is the only handle you will have.
Urgent support
If you need help right now. This page needs no account, no intake and no report — it is the numbers and nothing else.
TheraLume is not a crisis service, and nothing here dials for you.
Records and privacy
What TheraLume holds about you and how to ask for it, and — separately — how to ask an identified practice for its own clinical records. They are different holders, and asking one does not reach the other.
